Back to Nashville for WordCamp US

Hang onto your cowboy hats, Nashville, because team WebDevStudios (WDS) is landing! WordCamp US 2018 takes place this weekend, December 7-9, for its second and final year in Nashville. WDS attended last year, and we’re doing it again.

The event’s sessions are jam-packed, including all things Gutenberg. You can see a full schedule here. As always, hallway tracks and the after-party are high on our list of things we look forward to, but we’re also excited about “Curating Content to Serve Your Community” by Kelly McCausey, “Thrive for the Future: The Business of Open-Source” by Joost de Valk and Marieke van de Rakt, and “Building a Successful Code Review Culture” by Jonathan Desrosiers.

Of course, our favorite part of WordCamp US is coming together as a team. Because WDS is a 100% distributed company, seeing each other daily is not part of our usual workday. So to be able to spend a few days together in Nashville bonding over a love for WordPress and hot chicken is a very big deal to all of us.

We also love to connect with other members of the WordPress community, too. So if you see us roaming around, don’t hesitate to say hello and snap and selfie. Here are the friendly faces you can expect to find at WordCamp US. We look forward to forging relationships with all of you, and we can’t wait to do it again next year in St. Louis.
